Billet machined air horns

Borla makes the finest air horns in the world. Machined from 6061 T6 bar stock in our Haas CNC lathe the CrossRam horns are 65mm tall. An alternative 35mm tall horn is available on request.

Adjustable Fuel pressure regulator

Borla's low-profile pressure regulator is machined entirely from billet 6061 T6 alloy. Incorporating a diaphragm made from a double layer of flourocarbon, it is able to handle fuel for up to 1400 BHP. On the CrossRam it is partially hidden below the unique Borla designed fuel crossover at the rear.

Throttle position sensor

A high quality Hall Effect throttle position sensor is standard equipment on the Borla 351W CrossRam.

Cast aluminum valley plate

Cast in A356 alloy and machined in precision CNC equipment the valley plate has cast-in plenum facilities for the MAP sensor and the Idle Air Control

Billet capstan linkage kit

Machined from 6061-T6 billet and incorporating high quality bearings and hardware our linkage kit sets the standard for the industry.

8 individual cast aluminum CrossRam runners

[+] zoom

Borla's innovative design incorporates eight separate runners containg the injector ports and the throttle system. Cast in A356 and heat treated to T6, thay are precision machined in our own CNC shop.

High volume -10 fuel rails

Our Dash 10 fuel rails provide more than adequate fuel reserve for acceleration on high horsepower engines.

Our valley plate incorporates a vacuum accumulator and its extended port wall construction enables machining for several different port configurations from OEM to 225’s.
